Permanent SAS Senior Credit Risk / SAS Risk Manager
Key responsibilities for this role are
1.Lead the model development work stream to ensure success of retail scoring initiative and design, develop, and implement key consumer banking customer management models (application, behavior, collections etc.)
2.Presentation of our model methodologies to and engaging with the regulator for f-IRB approval
3.Assist in development of analytical framework for risk limits.
4.Manage the capital adequacy framework within ensure the estimation of risk weighted assets as per Basel II/CBUAE guidelines and liaise with FCD on a continuous basis
5.Own the methodology, data, and result of the quarterly expected loss based general provisioning exercise ensuring that it is in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
6.Assist in credit portfolio reporting, quarterly risk dashboard, and risk annual report.
7.To be involved with coaching and training –delivering sessions at academy on relevant topics
