Job description
 1. Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
 2. Coordinate, schedule and conduct business and technical training for new hires and current employees.
 3. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
 4. Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
 5. Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
 6. Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.
 7. Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
 8. Facilitate the execution of all training plans.
 9. Periodically, evaluate training effectiveness.
 10. Acts as a support fielding questions and issues from staff related to the business and / or systems.
 11. Handles related tasks as assigned.

Job Description:
Job Purpose:
•Assist the Zone Head in building and implementing business strategies that fit into the overall bank’s strategy, through the effective management of Branch under his/her command, in line with his / her subordinates duties and responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Ensure that all financial, acquisition and penetration targets of the branch are equitably assigned to the branch staff and achievement measured through regular MIS. In addition to this recourses need to be made to staff to achieve their targets.
 •Set job objectives and perform timely review to measure performance and identify staff development and training needs.
 •To ensure clarity among staff of KPI’s and job competencies required to effectively achieve business goals.
 •Identify and reward high performers and implement an effective retention program for key performers.
 •To consistently achieve acceptable risk rating by adhering to bank Operating and Credit policies and procedures and minimizing operational errors and losses out of customer acquisition.
 •Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting the set service delivery as per banks standards.
 •Monitor and analyze route cause for customer attrition and recommend policy/ process change.
 •To identify and exploit business opportunities within the local trade boundaries.
 •To ensure acquisition of quality portfolio and customer profiling requirements as per banks established policies.
 •Report operational deviations to relevant units to ensure acceptable Branch audit rating.
 •Assist and coordinate collection unit in recovering over dues / stuck up cases.
 •Ensure achievement of customers satisfaction target while role modeling superior to branch staff.

Desired Profile:
•Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent.
 •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
•Thorough Knowledge of all retail banking products and services.
•Thorough Knowledge of all instruments handled in the branch.
•Expertise in processes for all types of relevant transactions and reporting.
