Technical/IT Recruiter position w/Wintellect - Atlanta/Perimeter Mall area/Dunwoody/Sandy Springs


Wintellect, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner specializing in custom application development and training, is seeking an IT Technical Recruiter who can support the commercial consulting division.

This person will report to the Director of Human Resources and support all recruiting activities as they relate to hiring for internal and external resources.

Wintellect seeks high level technical consultants for client projects. Due to increased project needs, we are looking to add an internal technical recruiter to our team. Major Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
•Must possess 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience within a consulting
environment
•Full life cycle recruiting including sourcing,pre-screening, face to face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, reference checks and on-boarding activities.
•Develop and implement creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a pipeline of technical talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling and internet based sourcing.
•Effectively utilize wide range of sourcing resources to identify qualified candidates
•Need to have a base knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as: C#, ASP, .Net-MVC, WCF, WPF, Silverlight, Business Intelligence, SQL Server, etc.
•Ability to identify and recruit technical consultants including: Senior Developers, Project Managers, Architects, QA, Database Architects, Business Intelligence Consultants, Database Administrators, and Technical Account Executives, etc.
•Schedule interviews, write job postings and handle follow ups with all candidates, including declining letters to ineligible candidates.
•Experience utilizing a recruiting database- ACT, Bullhorn, etc.
•Must be able to multi-task, be highly organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree
•Highly energetic and success oriented
•Excellent track record of retention ratios
•Experience working in a consulting/staffing firm with multiple company hiring needs
•Recruiting Microsoft Professionals
•Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications including: MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, etc.
