Our client, a prestigious International Bank is looking for a Human Resources Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
- Day to Day operations including HR & Administration functions with adherence to Bahrain labour law.
- Recruitment and Selection.
- Training and Development.
- Performance Management. Resolving disciplinary/grievance issues .
- Review Compensation and ensure market competitiveness. Complete annual market surveys.
Requirements:
- Must be CIPD qualified
- At least 8 years experience in HR within financial services sector
- Excellent knowledge of Bahrain employment and other relevant legislation
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work within an International banking environment and a matrix structure
