Human Resources Manager- Bahrain-Manama

Our client, a prestigious International Bank is looking for a Human Resources Manager to be based in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
  • Day to Day operations including HR & Administration functions with adherence to Bahrain labour law.
  • Recruitment and Selection.
  • Training and Development.
  • Performance Management. Resolving disciplinary/grievance issues .
  • Review Compensation and ensure market competitiveness. Complete annual market surveys.
Requirements:
  • Must be CIPD qualified
  • At least 8 years experience in HR within financial services sector
  • Excellent knowledge of Bahrain employment and other relevant legislation
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work within an International banking environment and a matrix structure
