Contract Technical Recruiter - Princeton, NJ


Search Wizards is an Atlanta-based Consulting firm that is focused on the contract and direct hire placement of mid-to-senior level candidates for various roles in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, including: Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, and Researchers.
We are a national vendor for several Fortune 500 clients and we currently have multiple immediate contract opportunities, both full-lifecycle recruiting and dedicated sourcing roles.
Our client has an immediate contract opportunity for a Recruiter. This position will be a 6 month contract to start and is on-site in Princeton, NJ. The successful candidate will have technology recruiting experience, outstanding business acumen and an attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:          
·         Experience and knowledge in the Technology market place.       
·         Full life cycle recruitment experience in hiring developers, data architects, infrastructure architects, etc.           
·         Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.         
·         Ability to develop and implement successful recruiting programs with excellent strategic and creative thinking and analytic skills.          
·         Knowledge of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems (currently Taleo).      
·         Ability to develop and maintain a variety of relationships.        
·         Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires.           
  Qualifications:
·         3-5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a large organization, preferably a professional services organization.        
·         3+ years of solid technical recruiting experience needed.       
·         Proven ability to work independently.        
·         Excellent organizational skills.        
·         Bachelor's degree required.         
·         Outstanding client service focus.       
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.        
·         Technical proficiency in MS Office.
