A very big Telecommunication company is looking for '' Call Center Agent '' with the following qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:
• answer calls professionally
• respond to customer inquiries
• research required information using available resources
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• follow up customer calls where necessary

Job Qualifications:
• Fresh graduates
• Good command of English language
• Shift based job
