Key Responsibilities
- IT Project Coordinator manage IT projects by specified objectives and within specified resources.
- IT Project Coordinator direct and monitor the requirements, framework conditions and progress of short-term IT Project
involving a limited number of personnel.
- IT Project Coordinator define goals and outline approach and make adjustments within the constraints set to achieve
the optimum results.
- IT Project Coordinator works with specialists in the field of development, users and customers, produce goal and target
specifications, solve any conflicts that arise and minimize potential risks.
- IT Project Coordinator maintain an appropriate relationship with customers and ensure that the project results are
comprehensible to management or steering committee.
- Document project progress.
- Handle customer service inquiries.
Job Requirements
- College degree required. Major in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and/or Business preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of IT Project Coordinator experience.
- Has a strong communication and presentation skills.
- Has a strong experience in preparing the project documentation.
- Time management and tasks planning.
- Project organization, cooperation.
- Has a presentation skills.
- Conflict and crisis management
