Qualifications, attributes and experience:
- Relevant university degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands on experience in HR various activities.
- Language skills including very good command of English and perfect mastery of Arabic.
- Excellent Office applications including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Exceptional problem solving and getting things done skills.
Responsibilities & main duties:
Selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling day to day HR operation and activities.
- Ensuring all vacant posts will effectively and efficiently be filled.
- Handling PMS process wisely from beginning to end.
- Controlling training and development in compliance with company plan and budget.
- Managing Employees compensation including pay and benefits and recommends benefit plans as per performance.
- Participates in preparing annual Manpower plan to be linked to company overall annual business plan.
- Supervising personnel officer and makes sure all personnel matters are appropriately handled, examples of those matters are : time attendance, time away from work, social insurance, payroll , grieving and appealing, etc..
