A reputable Fashion Retail is seeking to hire the following positions:

Maintenance Department

Job Title : AC Maintenance Engineer Code ( HR 001)

Responsible to : Engineering Manager

Main duties:

Employee will be responsible for the maintenance of company Retail
Managing a team of technicians.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

· 3-5 years' experience as a maintenance engineer in hotels,
cafés, generally Retail Stores.

Education and knowledge

· B.Sc. AC Engineering from a reputable university.

· Good command of English language and Computer software
applications.

Skills and Attitude:

· Strong negotiation & communication skills.

· Self-motivated and organized .

· High planning capability.

· A team work player.

· Ability to work under pressure

New Projects Department

Job Title: Projects Engineer Code ( HR 002)

Responsible To : Engineering Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepares the primary project drawings.

· Follows up the project work shop drawings.

· Supervises execution of the project step by step, choosing the
best solution available during the actual execution of the project.

· Prepares the bill of quantity and sends it to the contractors.

· Join the tender committee to choose the best offer.

· Reviews and follow up the payments.

· Receives the project from the contractors ensuring that it was
executed as required and agreed upon.

· Chooses and decides upon furniture and decoration , Place and
follows up the purchasing orders.

· Liaise with The Company Management to secure all relevant
permits and licenses needed for the required building the works and for
the operation of the New Retails.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

· Min. 3- 5 years in a similar position in Designing and execution
of Retail Outlets.

Education and knowledge

· B.Sc. Architecture

· Background of Projects Management, site supervision of medium
sized projects ,i.e. construction and designs of retail outlets .

· Good command of English language.

· Good computer literacy , AutoCAD and Photoshop is a Must , 3Dmax
is a plus , and Office applications
