Operation Manager - Non Life
Responsibilities
Performing initial screening of submitted requests for offers, policies, technical endorsements, and assessing the related simple
Complex risk to generate quotations in line with the standards for risk definition.
Making recommendations to the Underwriting Supervisor and Underwriting Manager on acceptance of the risk if within company underwriting limit or referring the case to re-insurers if outside of these limits.
Deriving final acceptance rates and notifying Sales Agents in the case of non-standard cases.
Processing and issuing all standard and complex risks and endorsements
Inputting the required data to support the operations teams in the appropriate information system.
Communicating with the Sales Agents as needed.
Maintaining effective filing and follow up systems.
Coaching and ensuring the motivation of the managed underwriting team members.
Follow up on decentralized technical cases issuance at retails.
Examine the wording of new covers and new policies.
Supporting all distribution channels for the negotiations of policy pricing and any terms and conditions.
Managing the relationship with the client on an on-going basis
Qualifications
University degree.
-4-6 years of experience in operation (insurance companies).
-Good non-life background.
-Good knowledge of insurance operations and re-insurance.
-Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving abilities.
-Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various internal clients as well as external reinsurance companies and business partners.
-Excellent time management and organization skills.
-Strong reporting and presentation skills.
-Good coaching and teamwork abilities.
-Excellent computer skills.

Managing the operation and underwriting between the company and banks for all line of business such (credit cards, personal loans, credit risk, bank assurance, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of underwriting & Operation in bank products.
