Business Development Supervisor- Egypt

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates all technical selling skills and product knowledge in all the targeted areas to give effective presentation of the Company Product.
  • Supervise & Support the sales team with knowledge, training and selling techniques.
  • Develop, retain, and update an active network database of qualified leads through referrals, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Company Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year.
  • Make sure of the ability of the sales team to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Job Specifications:
  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • 2 years of sales experience in retail field.
  • Cairo residence.
