Responsibilities:
Create a first impression at the Main Reception
Answers and screens telephone calls. Independently
assesses nature of business. Responds to requests for information and provides
assistance
Handle certain Office Administrative Activities .
Performs routine
and administrative duties such as mailing, typing filing and other duties
assigned
Assists department with
administrative support.
Arrangement of national
and international calls.
Performs additional
functions incidental to office activities

- IT literate and ability to work with variety of systems.
- Presentable & friendly.
- Well organized and
diligent.
- Experience of working
face to face with the public.
- Great team worker and a
flexible approach to work
- Self motivated and customer
