A Leading Medical Laboratories in Egypt Requiring
a Compensation & Benefit
Supervisor for immediate hiring.
·
Participate
in setting the estimated hr budget including personnel planning, training plan
& hr dept. needs from tools, activities & services etc.
·
Preparing all
required periodical reports including but not limited to total personnel cost
per hire from salaries, incentives, profit sharing, allowances &
compensations like monthly medical treatment bills, social insurance &
annual merit increase.
·
Participating
in developing employees Comb & Ben systems through review and assessing the
current programs and analyzing it then present the corrective recommendations
for development comparing with HR best practices & dedicated financial sums
from the company
·
Supervising
& Implementation control of payroll management system in collaboration with
concerned depts. And also reviewing job offers before issuance considering
financial package comparing with the right grade & the approved payroll and
salary scheme
·
Preparing the
detailed commutative new hire salaries schedule to maintain the required
approvals before sending to the financial dept. for implementation.
·
Prepare the
required diversified sectors payroll & compensation modifications costs
analysis either groups or individuals for final concerned depts. & Sectors
approvals after HR Manager Pre final approval.
·
Implement the
change of status cases & Monthly Salaries and compensations adjustment
decision including but not limited to “Promotions, Internal Transfer, and
Allowances & Deductions “in coordination with Personnel Section &
Finance Dept. complying with approved Comp & Ben Policy.
·
Participating
in new motivational programs to enhance and influences employees productivity
and loyalty through gaining a competitive corporate rates and prices from
diversified services providers such as Hotels & Banks.
·
Collecting
Monthly Performance KPI’s from different Depts. For reviewing and analysis to
present it to the financial Dept. translated into percentages from the variable
monthly incentives.
·
Participating
in Annual Increments costs estimation through coordination with HR Manager
& Performance Management Dept. considering the annual merit increase matrix
& Forced Distributions.
·
Supervise
Employee C & B Programs including but not limited to Company Private
Medical Insurance Program & Participation in negotiation with providers to
present the best service with lowest prices to company employees and handling
all day to day operation problem that might occur concerning medical treatment
and preparing periodical analytical reports against cost and patient medical
status in detailed by problems types and procedures taken.

Prepare all
periodical change of status reports to company employee plus monthly head count
report & employee cots. Comparing by approved budgeted to present it to the
HR Manager.
Qualifications & Skills Required;-
Bachelor Degree from a Reputable University Accounting Major Preferably.
From 3 – 5 Years of Relevant Experience is a must.
Excellent Command of English Language is a must.
Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal, Presentation &
Analytical Skills.
Excellent User of using all MS Office Applications.
