Our client is a leading provider of home fitness programs, nutrition plans, etc. This position will start as a 6 month contract with the potential to extend. This successful candidate will focus on non-technical requirements and will have recent experience supporting hiring within corporate operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Communicates with hiring managers to plan for current and future staffing needs.
- Develops sourcing strategies, plans and implements.
- May provide training to line managers in appropriate interviewing techniques.
- Supports recruitment related projects as needed.
