1. Head of Management Control & Corporate Planning,
Saudi Arabia


Our client, a leading bank is looking for a Head of
Management Control & Corporate Planning to join their
expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The successful
candidate has to support CFO in financial
communication duties (presentation, press release,
relations with analysts, rating agencies).

Responsibilities:

Expenses and Capex monitoring.

Budget preparation and follow-up.

Performance analysis and producing performance
monitoring report.

Ad-hoc profitability analysis on business
lines/support functions/projects.

Advise on strategic financial matters: dividends
distribution, capital adequacy, capital increase,
participations in subsidiaries & divestments.

Requirements:

Degree from a well reputable University.

At least 10 years' experience with background/
knowledge in Accounting and a solid background in
Management Control within the Financial or Banking
area.

At ease with IT/ Systems matters and able to define
key requirements.

Internal and external/assertiveness and diplomacy.

2. Chief Financial Officer, Saudi Arabia


Our client, a leading Saudi Investment Bank, has a
proven track record in brokerage, asset management and advisory services.They adhere to the highest standards of Shariah compliance and are supervised by a Shariah Supervisory Board and seek to be pioneers in the field of Shariah-compliant investment services. Their
Private Equity Division needs a CFO for one of their
portfolio companies to manage the company's finance
function and annual budgeting process to prepare the
company for IPO.
 

Responsibilities:

Manage relationship with investors.

Manage on-going relationships with banks.

Develop a formal budgeting process with the CEO.

Develop a monthly financial performance dashboard with
the CEO.

Oversee the recruiting, development, training and
evaluation of own staff.

Assess the company's financing needs and identify
suitable funding sources.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields.

At least 10-15 years of finance experience, 5 of which
must be in a leadership role.

Strong managerial skills ERP experience advantage.

3. Senior Financial Risk Manager, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for a Senior
Financial Risk Manager to join their expanding team in
Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate who is an expert of
Financial Forecasting should be well versed in the
Strategy of Hedging Risk and has to identify tactical
and strategic risks and structure policies and
procedures that will minimize risk to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project approvals.

• Liaise with business analysts and senior
management.

• Train junior staff in financial risk
management strategies.

• Update with current industry trends and all
regulatory requirements

• Assist in the development of new financial
product ideas and evaluate their potential worth.

• Update with current risk management practices
in financial areas such as Interest Rate Risk,
Earnings Risk, Hedging Activities & Derivatives
products.

Requirements:

• University degree in
Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Math, ideally MBA in
Finance.

• At least 10 years of experience in financial
risk in a financial institution in the GCC.

• Familiar with financial applications such as
Bloomberg, Style Advisor, Baseline, Advent Axys,
Wilshire Atlas, Factset and Microsoft Access or other
database applications.

• Excellent Excel skills and possibly some
statistical/mathematical software (e.g., Matlab and
Measurisk would be an advantage).

• Proficiency in Quantitative Methods &
Econometrics.

4. Executive Manager - Talent Management, Saudi Arabia


Our client, a prestigious Bank is looking for an
Executive Manager to join their Talent Management team
in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct feedback meetings for talent
executives relating to their own Development Plans.

• Plan and manage ICDP portfolio including
initial nomination, ELP test, Psychometrics Assessment
and ACs.

• Review and evaluate bank assessment &
selection methodologies including Psychometric, Talent
Evaluation &Talent (Personal) Development Plans.

• Plan the Annual TM budget with the Head of
Talent Management and L&D to monitor expenditure and
provide exception reports where necessary.

• Conduct TM Annual Reviews with Divisional
Heads on all matters relating to TM, provide status
reports and update all records including HRMS -
Oracle.

Requirements:

• Degree from a well reputable University and/or
HR professional qualification.

• At least 10 years' experience in recruitment
and planning, 5 of which must be in talent management.

• SHL accredited and licensed by the British
Psychometric Society (Essential).

• Knowledge of Banking sectors and functions.
