About our Client:Our client is leading IT Services Company headquartered in Bangalore.

Head HR 
Reporting into: COO
Location: Bangalore, India
           
Proactively facilitate end-to-end HR leadership and partnering support to the executive board in on both transformational and transactional HR aspects including HR policy, performance management, organizational development, team building and employee relations, etc.

Key responsibilities include:
·         Ideate and develop an appropriate people strategy to support the business objectives of the company in alignment with local and global management guidelines.
·         Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design and change and recruiting and selection.
·         Partner with leadership to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital while actively managing headcount targets and assisting in budget management.
·         Support the organization’s growth objectives by ensuring an adequate talent pool within the organization. Plan and forecast the people requirements with a long term perspective.
·         Engage in activities relating to Talent acquisition and retention, compensation strategy, employee development and training, performance review, and so on, and budget for the same.
·         Demonstrate ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·         Encourage employee adherence to the corporate values and processes. Undertake Employee Brand Building initiatives. Play the change management role and prepare the organization to meet its extensive business growth and related changes.
·         Lead and guide the HR team and motivate them towards higher performance. Proactively managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data.
·         Handle sensitive employee relations in India including issues related to disciplinary issues, exits and terminations as per local law requirements, coaching people managers on people management

Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate would be: -
·         MBA in HR (MUST)
  • Experience as HRBP with atleast 14-17 years in Human Resource Management
  • Experience in IT/ITES company (MUST)
  • Experience in handling or working with a large HR Team (25+)
  • Experience in managing the HR department or leading a particular function like PMS, OD, Talent etc for an organisation with atleast 1000 people.
