Qualifications:

·         Substantial and recent experience recruiting software engineering professionals preferably in a big data/analytics environment
·         Must have recent experience hiring software engineering professionals Demonstrated ability to direct source and market opportunities to passive candidates
·         Expert-level internet/computer skills (Boolean searches, search engines, social networking sites etc)
·         Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and the proven ability to influence others

Talent Acquisition Site Manager - Telecommunications - San Jose, CA


The Site Manager is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for Ericsson, North America full-time requisitions as well as managing the recruitment for a specified organization/region. This will be achieved through the development of sourcing and strategy plans to include traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Lead Recruiter will provide the business with competitive market intelligence and consultative skills to drive the external sourcing/recruitment engine along with internal mobility programs. 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Create a talent pipeline based on business-defined core competencies to proactively and consistently identify candidate pools 
• Consult with the HR Directors/BPs on resourcing issues and help to drive the approval processes and ensure consistency in process implementation 
• Initiate and develop advisory relationships with hiring managers 
• Develop and execute recruiting plans with managers to identify needs and workforce planning strategies 
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation 
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting 
• Qualify new requisitions and requisition changes with management

Qualifications:

• Must have management experience in a Technical recruiting organization
• Must have 5+ years demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and technical recruiting expertise 
• In-depth knowledge of the various recruiting techniques, market analysis tools and Candidate sourcing strategies 
• Have experience with developing strategic branding and marketing programs for Talent Acquisition 
• Telecommunications industry experience preferred 
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo preferred 
• Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work 
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, organization and consultative skills Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively verbally and in writing 
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office Suite and Internet Sourcing 
• College degree required 
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency environment highly preferred
