Payroll Sr. Specialist-in 6 of October City, Egypt.


Responsible for payroll administration and in charge of all personnel related issues as well as dealing with both Labor office and Social Insurance Authority.

Calculate Salary and Overtime payments according to predefined formulas and templates.
Provide on demand information and resolve all issues regarding salaries and overtime.
Prepare annual salary taxation reconciliation.
Issue bank letters and other documents required by external parties to process personal requests for employees.
In charge of payroll administration
In charge of preparing offers/contracts for all new hires and the completion of all their personnel files.
Deals with the Social Insurance offices for determining, setting and paying social insurance payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
Initiate and maintain regular correspondences with the Social Insurance Offices to provide them with the updated Personnel information and documents.
Maintain regular correspondences with Workforce Offices to provide them with required documents and information.
Ensure and follow-up the delivery of salary payments to the handicapped employees.
Handling all issues concerning the social insurance and labor office.

University degree Additional Degree in HR is an asset.
4 – 5 years of experience in similar function.
Fluency in English & Arabic. Very good computer skills.
