The Recruiter is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for all full-time requisitions approved for external hires. The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create an external talent pipeline based on companies core competencies
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads for current and future positions
• Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit
• Recruit candidates utilizing the internet, cold-calling and referrals
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position
• Initiate and develop relationships with hiring managers
• Qualify new requisitions and requisition changes with management
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval
• Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing of candidates
• Notify manager of acceptance/declination of offer
• Partner with Internal recruiter for offer processing and closure
Requirements:
• Must have 5 - 10 years experience consultant recruiting experience
• Ability to understand and recruit for various levels of consultants, in-depth knowledge of local market compensation; knowledge of employment law.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
• Ability to travel for college career fairs
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and organization skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively verbally and in writing
• College Degree Required
